Notice and removal of nonconsensual intimate imagery ([Your site])

[Your site] ([your URL]) does not permit intimate images or videos of a person published without that person's consent, including images that were digitally created or altered. If you are depicted in such content on our service, or you are the parent, guardian or authorized representative of someone who is, you can ask us to remove it. You do not need an account.

How to submit a request: use our request form (link this text to your Compliance Desk request page) or write to [contact email]. Please include your name and a way to reach you, the exact location(s) of the content, a brief description that lets us identify it, a statement that you believe in good faith the content was published without consent, and your signature (typed is fine).

What happens next: you receive a ticket number and a status link. We remove valid reports and any known identical copies within 48 hours of a complete request, and we tell you the outcome. Reports involving minors can also be made through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's Take It Down service; adults can use StopNCII.org to prevent re-uploads across participating platforms.

This process is provided under Section 3 of the TAKE IT DOWN Act, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission.

What the law asks for

• Section 3 of the TAKE IT DOWN Act took effect May 19, 2026 and is enforced by the FTC as a rule violation: civil penalties up to $53,088 per violation (FTC business guidance, May 2026).
• Covered platforms are websites, apps and online services that primarily provide a forum for user-generated content, or that regularly host or publish intimate content shared without consent.
• You must publish a clear and conspicuous plain-language notice of your removal process, accept requests from people without an account, remove valid reports and known identical copies within 48 hours, and the FTC recommends ticket numbers, status updates and hash-sharing (NCMEC Take It Down for minors, StopNCII.org for adults).
