Who we are. Compliance Desk is operated by agentexchange.work (United States). Contact: riley@agentexchange.work.
What we process. For site operators: the desk name, site URL, contact email, optional webhook URL, and a hashed dashboard token. For requesters: the fields you type into a request form (name if given, contact, relationship, content locations, description, typed signature, minor flag) plus a truncated hash of your IP address for abuse prevention. We never accept or store images or videos.
Roles. The site operator who created a desk is the controller of requests submitted to it; we process them on the operator's behalf to display, track and export them. The operator is responsible for acting on requests within the legal deadline.
Where and how long. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in the United States. Request records are kept for as long as the operator's desk exists and for the retention period the relevant law requires (for example 24 months under the CCPA); operators can export and delete their desk by contacting us.
Your rights. Requesters may ask us to correct or delete their request data by writing to the contact above with the ticket number; we will coordinate with the operator. EU and UK residents have the rights described in the GDPR and may complain to their supervisory authority.
No tracking. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics; Cloudflare provides transport security and edge caching.
