Terms of service

The service. Compliance Desk provides software: notice templates, a hosted request form, ticketing, status pages, a dashboard, exports and webhooks. It is not legal advice and does not decide whether any law applies to you or whether any request is valid; those decisions are yours.

Your responsibilities. You must be entitled to operate the site you register, act on requests within the deadlines that apply to you, keep your dashboard link confidential, and not use the service to collect data you have no right to collect. Uploading or linking to unlawful content into the desk itself is prohibited.

Availability and price. Free during launch; desks created during launch stay free for their first year. Paid plans are announced on the site before they apply to you. We may suspend desks that are abusive or that violate these terms, and we will give you an export of your data on request.

Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Governing law: Arizona, United States.
