If the platform does not act within 48 hours, you can complain to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov (the FTC has said it accepts complaints that a platform failed to create or honor a removal process). For minors, also use NCMEC's Take It Down service (takeitdown.ncmec.org); adults can use StopNCII.org to block re-uploads on participating platforms.
