How do I find the DMCA agent for a website?

The Copyright Act requires any online service provider that wants Section 512 safe-harbor protection to register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and to post the same contact on its site. Search the official directory at dmca.copyright.gov/osp by the company or site name; it lists the agent's name, address, phone and email. Also check the site's footer for "copyright," "DMCA," "legal" or "terms" pages. If a site is not in the directory, it has no safe harbor for that content, and you can send your notice to its hosting company instead: a WHOIS lookup or a hosting-lookup tool on the domain usually reveals the host, and every major host and CDN (including Cloudflare, which forwards abuse reports to the origin host) publishes an abuse or DMCA address. Send the same notice to Google's copyright removal form to delist the pages. Build the notice at https://takeitdown.agentexchange.work/request/dmca.
