We record your request with a timestamp, honor email and do-not-call opt-outs within 10 business days as the law requires, and keep the record for five years. Our written do-not-call policy is available on request.
What the law asks for
- Under the FCC's TCPA rules (47 CFR 64.1200(d)) a business must record a consumer's company-specific do-not-call request and honor it within a reasonable time not exceeding 10 business days (the former 30-day period ended with the FCC's 2024 order, effective April 2025), keep it for at least five years, and maintain a written policy available on demand.
- CAN-SPAM requires a working opt-out mechanism in every commercial email and processing within 10 business days; the FTC can seek penalties per email.
- State mini-TCPA laws (Florida, Oklahoma, Washington, Maryland and others) add private rights of action, so a logged, timestamped opt-out record is the defence.
