Block re-uploads: adults can hash the image at StopNCII.org; if the person is under 18 use NCMEC Take It Down. Neither uploads the image itself.
If nothing happens in 48 hours, complain to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, quoting your request number, and check erome.com's page here.
