Discord's Copyright & IP Policy says the most efficient way is the DMCA takedown request form linked from that policy at support.discord.com. You can also email its Copyright Agent at copyright@discord.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request", or mail Discord, Attention: DMCA Takedown Request, 444 De Haro Street #200, San Francisco, CA 94107. The notice needs a description of your work, where the copy is on Discord, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized and your notice is accurate, a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the work or may act for the owner, your name and contact details, and your signature. Discord asks for locations in set formats: for a message, the link from Copy Message Link (discordapp.com/channels/server-ID/channel-ID/message-ID); for a file, the direct cdn.discordapp.com/attachments link; for an avatar, server icon or banner, the user or server ID and the element; for a live stream, the server and channel IDs. Report once: Discord says repeated duplicate reports, or asking others to pile on, can bring account warnings. If the uploader counter-notifies, Discord may restore the content 10 to 14 business days or more after receiving it unless you tell Discord you have sued for a court order.
