Telegram's FAQ says to email copyright complaints to dmca@telegram.org, and only the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act for them should send one. It acts on its public platform (public channels and groups, bots and sticker sets) and says it does not process any requests about private groups and chats. Put the t.me/... or @... link for each post or channel in your email, as Telegram asks for its takedown emails, and include the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including the good-faith and penalty-of-perjury statements and your signature. You can also flag posts with Report in the app: tap the message on Android, press and hold it on iOS, or right-click it on desktop. Telegram says it performs the necessary legal checks on reports of public content and takes it down when deemed appropriate; its FAQ gives no deadline. People in the EU can use the illegal-content report page linked from Telegram's Digital Services Act guidance. If the leaked material is an intimate image or video of you, report it through Telegram's @TIDABot instead; the TAKE IT DOWN Act gives covered platforms 48 hours from a valid request to remove it (§ 3).
