Each site runs its own process, so report copies on both. Redbubble says its takedown process is modeled on the DMCA. Use the Notice and Takedown Report form linked from its IP/Publicity Rights Policy; dmca@redbubble.com is for other IP complaints. Include your signature, a description of your work, each listing URL (redbubble.com/people/[username]/works/[number-name]), your address, phone and email, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized. Redbubble removes the works named in a report. If the uploader counter-notifies, Redbubble often forwards it to you with their contact details, and if you take no legal action within 14 days they may ask to be reinstated. TeePublic wants the same elements by email to its Legal Department, its designated agent, at legal@teepublic.com, or by mail to 91 5th Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10003. It says it also responds to notices from outside the United States, may give the uploader a copy of your notice with your contact information, and may restore the design about 10 business days after a counter notice unless you file an action seeking a court order.
