You do not need Brand Registry, which Amazon ties to a pending or registered trademark. Amazon's seller blog says rights owners without an enrolled brand can file through the Report Infringement form at amazon.com/report/infringement. You must sign in to an Amazon account, and the form is only for rights owners and their agents. Report one type of claim per notice; Amazon processes only the type you select. For copyright you can report the whole ASIN when the product or packaging copies your work, a single seller's offer, or only the image or text on the product detail page; in the last two cases the page stays up. Give the ASINs or URLs, a link to or description of your original, and your contact details. If the notice is valid, Amazon tells the sellers and shares your secondary contact details, or your primary ones if you gave none; if accepted, it removes the content; track it under Submission History. One exception: a photo you added yourself to an Amazon product page is licensed to Amazon, and other sellers may list identical products on that page. For copyright only, you can instead write to Amazon's Copyright Agent at copyright@amazon.com.
