Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative can report. Facebook's copyright help page links to Meta's Intellectual Property Reporting Form (choose Copyright); the link first shows a sign-in page with a "Continue without Login" option. You can instead send a complete claim to Meta's designated agent at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, a route Meta calls slower. Include your full name, mailing address and phone, a description of your work and of the copy, direct URLs to the infringing posts, photos or profile, the good-faith and accuracy statements, a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the work or may act for the owner, and your signature. Marketplace is in scope: Meta lists Facebook Marketplace among the places its Brand Rights Protection tool covers, and says anyone without that tool, which is for registered-trademark owners, can use its report forms. Meta says its team typically removes complete, valid reports within a day or less. You get an automated message with a report number; the poster gets that number, your name, the email you gave and the report details, so Meta suggests a business email.
