If you filmed or made the video, you own the copyright, and reposting it without permission can infringe whether or not they tag you. Fair use is decided case by case under the four factors in 17 U.S.C. § 107, and YouTube's guidance says it plainly: giving credit to the owner will not by itself turn a non-transformative copy into fair use, and "no infringement intended" does not protect the poster. Reporting runs through each platform's copyright form. Instagram's Help Center says that if someone is using your copyrighted work without permission you can report it by filling out its copyright form, and it publishes how Instagram and Threads process DMCA counter-notifications and what happens to repeat infringers. TikTok says you can report through its online copyright form or in-app, that infringing content may be removed, that the uploader may be told the copyright owner's name, and that it bans accounts that repeatedly infringe. Include the exact post URLs, a link to your original, and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Once a valid notice is filed the poster can counter-notify and the platform may restore the video 10 to 14 business days later under § 512(g)(2)(C) unless you sue.
