The FTC complaint portal, ReportFraud.ftc.gov, is where consumers report businesses that break rules the Federal Trade Commission enforces, including a covered platform that ignores a valid TAKE IT DOWN Act removal request, a sender that fails to honor a CAN-SPAM opt-out, or a telemarketer that violates the Telemarketing Sales Rule (Do Not Call violations can also be reported at donotcall.gov). Reports feed the Consumer Sentinel Network used by thousands of law enforcement agencies. The FTC does not resolve individual complaints or recover content for you, but patterns of reports drive investigations and civil penalty actions.
