Add a takedown notice and request form to Webflow

The TAKE IT DOWN Act asks a covered platform for a clear notice, a request path that works without an account, removal within 48 hours and a record; the other desks (DSA, privacy, accessibility, opt-out) place the same way. Below is where each piece goes on Webflow, written for the standard admin screens; menu names move occasionally, so look for the same section by function.

  1. Create the page. Designer → Pages → + New page. Add a Rich Text element, paste the notice, and link the words "request form" to your hosted request page (https://takeitdown.agentexchange.work/r/<desk-id>).
  2. Embed the form (optional). Drag an Embed element onto the page and paste the iframe from your desk dashboard. The Embed element works on any site; custom code in Site or Page settings needs a paid Site plan.
  3. Footer on every page. Edit the footer Component once: add a Text Link to the notice page and it appears on every page that uses the component.
  4. Add the badge. Add an Image element with the badge URL inside a Link Block pointing at your public status page, or paste the snippet into an Embed element.
  5. Publish. Changes go live only after Publish; open the published site and click the link and the form once.

Webflow forms store submissions in the project's Forms tab without ticket numbers or a status page; keep the hosted request page as the intake.
